Telecommunications Network Systems Engineer (Level IV)
- Perform direct mission support by integrating various functions of network and telecommunications equipment into functional systems applying NSA security and networking standards.
- Document the layout of all equipment taking into account NSA security, configuration management and deployment governance processes.
- Understand emerging telecommunications trends and technologies by implementing new technologies as appropriate.
- Integrate and perform end-to-end troubleshooting of core IT network infrastructure equipment which includes, but not limited to, Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls.
- - Level IV requires a Computer Science degree with emphasis in networking.
- - Must have bachelor's degree and 8 years or master’s degree and 5 years experience.
- - Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in Cisco WAN networking.
